Web Tools & Technology Rip-off, loss of revenue Largo, Florida , Florida

On February 23, 2012 I entered and agree to a contract to have WT&T redesign my website and create and manage all my company's SEO content. Today is June 1, 2012 and all I've seen is (2) templets to select a web page layout with literature in French and a whole lot of empty promises all the up to the Director, Dave Brackett.

I spent $3,500 to sign up and have received nothing after 14 weeks. The contract states to process takes 6 to 8 weeks yet the sales rep told me 8 to 10 weeks to develop the site and go live. I canceled my previous marketing company based on the 10 week deadline and the full promise from WT&T and have regretted signing up with them ever since.

Their Director, when he returns my call or email, continuously tells me "once I go live this will be water under the bridge," "it's a non-issue." Essentially he thinks that I'm going to make tons of money with his services yet fails to realize I've lost about $30K in job opportunities alone not to mention you haven't been able find me online now for the past month.

I contacted a few of their "Happy Testimonials." One website you can't access without a username and PW. Others are either out of business or just can't get a hold of. Another had good things to say but the most interesting one said he didn't know if he would recommend them if you don't have the money or the time. He has profited from them and also spent $50K in 5 years with them.

My biggest complaint about WT&T is their communication. They will promise you the stars! Yet deliver you dirt. I can't cancel, I can't redeem loss of revenue I want to hire an attorney but don't have the time nor am I that kind of person. I just want honest and fair work. Even today I was told "There is NO guarantee as to when your site will be completed." WOW! After 14 weeks and $3,500.

Just be careful.
