I ordered a custon-made wooden house sign from this guy at the Berekely Springs Apple Butter Festival in Berkely Springs, WV on October 8, 2011. Payment in full was due up front. To date. I have received nothing. Emails and calls to him go unanswered. This guy is a FRAUD. Stay away.

At Berkely Springs each and every customer was asked directly whether or not the order was needed for Christmas. If the answer was yes, it was noted on the order and all of those were delivered for the holidays. If not the customer was told that it would be longer than our normal 8-12 week lead time but early in the year. Any and all customers who contacted us directly after their order were told the same again. We just started up for this year and are working diligently through every order. I invite the customer to contact us directly for a detailed update.
