Zoo Health Club Unethical and gather personal info without policies manchester New Hampshire

I went to join the gym. The owner seemed nice and offered to waive intiation fees, He took a copy of my license and another photo. I thought i was being charged one months' dues but he provided no receipt for payment, contract or written policies on confidentiality of personal info or records retention and safeguarding policies. I worked out once after hours and there was no a/c on and the gym was not secure,as i was told it was after hours(passkey only).

I checked my c/c statement and i had been charged an extra $14. Having lost trust in the manager, i requested cancellation and my c/c credited back. I waited the 15 days to dispute the charge and requested another credit back and was told by the owner it could 7 WEEKS to credit back my account. Since they  offer a free 7 day pass anyway, i felt that after one workout i should not be charged a months' dues. 

All the owner had to do was act with integrity  and he could have had a customer for years.
