I don't know who wrote this article, but I have to admit it had me concerned.  I am getting ready to buy from Hydro Grow LED.  So, when I came across this I really questioned my choice.  So I did some research and I did find some LED girl postings from 2010 and the links lead to the same hydro grow led website.  However, all the posts are from 2010 which is a long time to keep a scam up where you are taking 500+ from each person.  This made me start to doubt the rip off article.

Hydro Grow is now on its 4th generation of LED lights and the first three versions can be seen on you tube in action, and many independent reviews have been written on the lights, and many grow journals are out there that used the lights as well.  There are also several LED grow light conventions that appear to have started with Hydro Grow.  The multiple lenses looks like it started with the penetrator, and later companies like advanced LED and Magnum started multiple lenses.  

Hydro has had an modular design that allows for easy replacement and for future upgrading.  they have had this for the last three generations, now advance and some others are doing the same.  If this company is such a scam why are other LED Grow light leaders following their designs.  Still Hoexes and scams can be quite elaborate and convincing.  I guess I will know in a month when I get my new sol 6 light, whether or not I was scammed for 9 hundred dollars. (its the new gen coming out at the end of the month)  I hope this article is wrong.

The Director of Quantum LED VAT NO 141437436  COMPANY NO 6534054 started trading in March 2008, however had been testing LED products from China since 2007.

Since then he has been to China around 12 times to conduct product research, verify quality control and the quality of components being used in the 3 three main factories that we conduct business with. 

Hydrogrow sells LED GROW LIGHTS named Penetrator pro which are manufactured in China from one of the above factories that we regularly deal with.

We started buying the same penetrator pro as Cammie from the same factory, with our own specification on heat sink coil design.

When we first We initially named our product quantum Penetrator pro. Mackenzie was not happy and claimed to have a patent on the product, Mackenzie complained to Google, and a host of other sites which initially closed down all our adverts. She also went on a major campaign to dis-credit our company claiming we sell counterfeits.

Upon research we discovered that Mackenzie only has patent pending in USA whilst the factory in china owns the actual patent. When the factory refused her sole distributorship she started buying from a different factory.

To avoid confusion in the market and to clearly differentiate between our products, we rebranded and changed the name from quantum pen pro to quantum photon pro.

Therefore our Photon Pro is purchased from the original factory whilst Mackenzie purchases Penetrator Pro from a factory that is infringing upon our factories patent.

Once proving to Google that we own the patent and are not counterfeiting they re-instated all our ads. With the exception of Ali Baba, which we have not yet dealt with as it is so low volume.

We have proof of these patents which we have power of attorney and the original factory is taking legal action against other factories making counterfeits. Work it out.

Prior to July 2012 when she started her campaign, you will not find one negative comment about Quantum LED anywhere. All of a sudden after our first dispute with Cammie, we started seeing false claims about our product and claims about people reporting us to UK trading standards. 

We have not had 1 single official complaint and we 100% stick to our 90 days money back guarantee and 5 year warranty. Basically any legitimate buyer of our product has enough time to fully test the product and return it if they are not happy.

I have ordered a copy of the patent to be translated from Chinese and will post it online shortly. This proves once and for all that Quantum LED does not sell and has never sold counterfeits or had problems with any of our high quality LED grow light products.

Google cammie macenzie, she has been doing these dirty tactics since 2009. There is so much information about her on the web from scams being perpertrated and ongoing for over 4 years.

Google Quantum LED and Director Ramananthan Mathiaparanam, and see if there is any scams or complaints prior to July 2012, then check and see that his company been trading since 2008. Then it all becomes clear that Quantum LED has fallen victim to one of Cammies scams.

Wow, it seems like anyone can post anything they want on this site, and unless you want to pay $2,000 to the site to mediate the comment, it's more or less just left up regardless of if there is any truth to the comment or not.  This report is one of many filed by an angry business owner named Ramananthan Mathiaparanam, who was exposed earlier this year for counterfeiting Hydro Grow lights and then selling them under stolen trademarks using stolen text and images from our Hydro Grow website.  You can see all the proof to this here:  http://www.quantumledbloom.com/

Despite Hydro Grow inventing and developing the X1 line of LED Grow Lights, and having patents pending on this design (13/189,009 & 13/347,971), and despite Hydro Grow inventing and trademarking phrases like "Penetrator" or "X-lens", companies like Quantum LED wish to talk as much trash about our company as they can, to try and take some of the heat off themselves. 

The user claims that products imported by Hydro Grow are no different from the other products coming out of China, however what this writer fails to mention is that China has been counterfeiting Hydro Grow designs for years. 

The way you know this posting is a complete fabrication is that the user wouldn't sign their name to it.  Ramananthan Mathiaparanam doesn't want anyone knowing the full extent of his fraudulent behaviors, like coming on to rip off report and making up a bunch of ridiculous stories to try and paint Hydro Grow as a fraudulent company.  Unlike Quantum LED our company has not been blocked from sites like Alibaba or eBay for selling counterfeit and trademark infringing goods, so he can talk all the trash he wants but there's no truth to it. 

Hydro Grow has a staff of 3 full time employees and 2 independent contractor employees.  Hydro Grow has sold LED Grow Lights for over 3 years with an A rating from our creditors.  We have a perfect record on chargeback disputes, have sold over 10,000 lights globally, and give a full 3 year warranty to all of our customers.  It's easy to see that other companies have become jealous of our success and popularity, but rather than trying to make it on their own they make up a bunch of garbage about us.  Do yourself a favor and go to http://www.quantumledbloom.com/
