Apex System Inc (IT Recruiters) Over-Aggressive Recruiters Edison, New Jersey

These IT recruiters are hyper aggressive. Never get on their bad side. They will look up your home address on the internet, call your house and start harassing you about why you turned down the position, even throw in a few "I'm not sure our company will want to represent you to future clients". Completely unprofessional company and I suggest staying away from them.

When setting up the interview, they have you call them and then THEY forward the call to their client. They give you alittle prep talk before the interview, once it's done they give YOU an interview about what the hiring manager wanted to know and what you talked about. I got the impression they were using thier clients to get some information about what the hiring managers were looking for so they can get a leg up on other recruiting companies hiring for the same position.

TIP: When you send out your resume, never include your home address. That way the recruiters can't look up your home phone number on the internet and start calling your house to harass you.
