Best Buy indicates they include installation on all of their Viper packages products, but once you make an appointment to install they will drop the bomb that they must charge you $150 (with tax $200) installation on top of your purchase.

There is no "FREE BASIC INSTALLATION".. you are going to pay for it regardless of what package you buy or what vehicle you have.

I've spoken with managers in store and and on the phone. They "apologize" for their deceptive sales techniques - but refused to give me what I paid for - "Free Installation".
