I submitted my idea to this company in 2004 and they promised to get my product patented. Well that never happened. I haven't heard anything from this company since 2005 They sent me what appears to be a document saying that my patented is pending. I went to look up the patent at USPTO and tried to look-up my application and I can't find it with the patent application number and this is what I get The Query ( 60/678,742 ) was unparseable (Invalid Patent Number Search ). A common cause of this is neglecting to enclose multi-word terms in "s. That is, if you entered safety syringe as a term, you need to use "safety syringe" instead. I have no Idea what this means as it does not make since to me. I even did a search on the name of the product and still I get nothing. I have a family of five with 2 littleones and these guys took advantage of me. They basically sold me a bunch of falsified documents saying that my product is patented pending. I was led to believe that I was going to come out well with the business projection that they sent me. I want to get them back and get the money back that I paid them. I also want to sue them for damages I had my whole family thinking that this was a good thing and borrowed money that I do not know how I'm going to pay back.

I am very sad to learn about this company and the scam. I would appereciate some help in getting my money back from this company I got hit hard by these guys and now I am afraid to tell the people that depend on me that I failed in getting my product patented. What am I going to do now? I am in a terrible spot and so disappointed. Please if someone can help me please do so I spent all of my savings on this and I am stuck and frustrated with this company.
