I paid David Newman to assist me in getting a loan modification. I paid him $3500 for this service and had a contract with him. When he was unable to fulfill the terms of the contract he refused to refund my money after lying to me for weeks that he would. I would NOT do business with this man or any company that he works for or represents. He stole money from me and wasted a 9 month of my time. He does not honor contracts or commitments and becomes very defensive and combatant when pressed for answers to questions. Nothing is ever his fault.

As stated this is a defermation of Character, we run a family business and mostly we handle painting and light carpentry. We might handle a roof for a friend that is about it. We try to do our best for all customers, family and friends. We haven't done a roof in years. Who is this person?
Note, the person does not give thier name and it comes from the state of AZ, makes claims about a deal in RI? In life you meet people and other contractors that you wish you had never met, perhaps this is one of those people. I believe this is a very bad contractor looking to taint my name and our family business.
This is a family business honest reputible company. We have never be sued, never been in court, we have a long list of references and are members of the BBB. We are honest hard working Americans.
I personally, have never been arrested, no oui, lucky if I have a ticket, (No, I had one ticket and missed my day to challenge it - lol) and I possess a BS from Framingham State University with a MA from Liberty University.
