Thomas Imhof Steal, defraud, cheat, deceive, theft, unprofessional, careless, rude, scary Bronx, New York

I know nothing about this, i just wanted to defend myself against the following statement made my Thomas Imhof:

"My ex-wife Raquel Diaz now supports Mr. Russo and Abby Russo and their twin daughters." I am Abby Russo.  I have full legal custody of my daughters and they live with me full time.  neither marc nor raquel 'supports' me. 

Keep me out of your problems Thomas, this has nothing to do with me.  I am a hard working, law abiding single mom, working two jobs and going to school.  stop dragging my name through the mud. 

This is an email I sent to the site after learning posts can never be removed:

Dear Rip Off Report,
Im certain you determined by my initial email in response to what I claim is a completely false report about me on your site I am not a lawyer nor am I familiar with the law. I have spent an hour going over the very useful information on your site. I believe I know who the author of the false report about me is. I realize this is a free site and by the sites own description a controversial site. I do notice there are a lot of advertisements on the site and I believe the site is a success.

After reviewing the useful and helpful information on your site I would like to see if the claim made on the site that if there is a valid claim, jumping through the hoops of legally pursuing the defamation against me should not prove very difficult or costly will be the case for me.

I believe the site has a legal team or attorney at its disposal and I would like to ask the site to extend me a goodwill gesture.

In an effort to jump through the first hoop could you please, pretty please, tell me if a layman can obtain a subpoena from Maricopa County Superior Court in Phoenix Arizona and if so how? I would like to go about proving someone created a false identify to use the site to break the law. Thank you.

I have been advised by the editor of the site that if I believe the report is false it is Best to respond to the report and to be pleasant and show consumers what kind of person I am. To show consumers I have nothing to hide, it will show them that I want to take care of business, by taking care of that consumer, telling them to please contact me (in your rebuttal) so I can make things right for them. I do not know a Gerald in the Bronx or anywhere else for that matter. I have never been contacted by anyone to take pictures of a 50th Wedding anniversary and I have never taken pictures of a 50th or any other wedding anniversary and have never been paid a deposit to do so. Since there is only one Thomas Imhof living at 2059 McGraw Avenue this is not a case of mistaken identity. Rather to suggest and falsely report that I was hired, paid a five hundred dollar deposit, took photos and havent delivered them for over eight weeks is an intentional misrepresentation to cause current and further damages. I take exception to such characterization and respectfully invite the individual(s) who posted this complaint to describe the circumstances of the fabricated event so I can send them a sworn affidavit as to my whereabouts during that time. I hope this shows consumers I have nothing to hide and that I take my reputation and deliberate false allegations against me very seriously.

This complaint about me, Thomas Imhof, is not true and the circumstances described have no basis in fact.The individual(s) posting it are breaking the law and the terms and use of this site.Such intentional misrepresentations are actionable.

This report is false and the circumstances described have has no basis in fact. In order to get it removed I would have to pay the site $2,000.00 in arbitration. Instead I will file this rebuttal and try to avail myself and invoke the mediation services of the Attorney Generals office.
This report is a deliberate misrepresentation in retaliation for me providing information about Marc Anthony Vincent Russo who I learned on this site operates a short term rental / hotel operation without a license out of a one bedroom rent stabilized apartment at xxNew York, New York 10009.
The operation is run by subletting rent stabilized apartments throughout lower Manhattan and then changing the locks and squatting in them. He lives there in Stuyvesant Town with my ex-wife, and my and my ex-wifes two children and spends time with his and Abby Russos children there. Mr. Russo, his wife and associates have complaints about them on this site under the name Marc Anthony Russo. I have never taken a deposit for photoshoots or prints.
