GOT POOL MIKE AND KIM HOOSLINE RIP OFF KINGS AND I HOPE THEY BOTH GO TO JAIL ASAP ACWORTH, Georgia

Mike and Kim Hoosline came to our house and had a wonderful attitude.  Agreed on the price, signed the contract, gave a deposit and everyone was happy.  Right after the contract was signed, things started going badly.  The contract was signed in JUNE, and as of the middle of OCTOBER, pool is not complete. 

At this point, the majority of the pool was paid for on our end, but Mike and Got Pool is nowhere to be found.  Yes, they stole our money.  Calls go unanswered.  Voice mail messages go unanswered.  He has promised repeatedly to finish the pool, but never shows up.

He took our money, and may take yours too.  My advice is to not do business with this company.  Poor work ethics, theft, and the hassle of dealing with him and his wife are not worth it.  They offer a really great price upfront, but in my opinion, that is so they can take your money and ride off into the sunset.

Some items of note.  Got Pools advertises as being licensed and bonded in Bartow county Georgia.  This is untrue.  They had a corporation, but it was shut down in 2007 because corporate fees were not paid.  They also have a judgment against them, on file with the district of attorney in Bartow county.  You can call and get the information, I did.  It is not just me, they have done it to others.  Also, they are not bonded.  Ask for a copy of the bond and see what you get.

Mike advertises regularly on Craigslist.  He goes under his name and his phone number of 678-914-1991.  Usually for above ground pools, spa repair or pool covers.  We are currently working on getting a warrant for his arrest, due to "Theft by deception".  Add in the lawyer fees when you get a quote for the pool.

 

I FOUND OUT THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE THAT HAVE DELT WITH THESE THEIVES AND ARE LEFT WITH A HOLE IN THE GROUND CAUSING ADDITIONAL LIABILITY FOR THE HOME OWNER WITH THE COUNTY DEPARTMENT.  THE BUILDING AND PERMITS OFFICE KNOW ABOUT THESE THEIVES AND IT IS JUST A MATTER OF TIME UNTIL THEY ARE IN JAIL.  THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE THE STATE.  WE MUST STOP THEM BEFORE THEY RUN TO ANOTHER STATE-  THIS IS TRUE THEFTAND DECEPTION!!!!!!!!! THIS WOULD BE A GREAT STORY WITH CRIME STOPPERS!
