We have had multiple issues with Jack's Pools since we purchased our pool 2 seasons ago.  First issue was a solar reel, which all the self tapping screws began to fall out all over the top of the solar cover and into the bottom of pool within a couple weeks of installation.  It took us a whole season of complaining before they resolved the issue.  Needless to say, we were not able to use the reel or solar cover and continued to heat and lose heat in the pool and incurred much expense due to this issue.  Next, the bottom of our pool should have been smooth and it was not.  It had bumps and dips all over.  You could walk and all of a sudden drop 2 inches into a hole.  Again complained for a whole season and this spring they came to fix.  Of course we had to drain water and refill at our expense again.  The workers told me that yard sloped and water was getting under the liner causing this.  (They should have told me about this when pool was first installed so we could have the drainage installed also)  We then spent MORE MONEY for drainage.  The pool is again all bumpy on the bottom.  This was a lost cause............Now the final straw is closing our pool this year.  We called to make arrangements.  I told them it was ready at that point, but could we schedule the following week and for them to call us a day ahead so we could get in an re-vacuum all the falling leaves out first and we were leaving on the following Friday morning for a trip.  Bill told me ok, they would call.  On Wednesday of the following week they showed up to close and I explained I didn't get a call.  It was not written on work order.  I called, complained.  No good, couldn't come back.  JACK'S NO MORE!

The orignal post was made out of haste and without thinking at the time.  This problem has been resolved and I would like to delete Previous report from 2010.  I have been dealing with Jack's now for over 8 years and have since purchased hot tub spa and many other articles and products from them.

Would not go anywhere else.  Has always been there to help me.  Install guys are great too. If you have any questions I would be more than happy to answer and highly recommend Jacks Pools and Spas in Madison Ohio.
