I created a profile ordered a simple common part and was charged. After a week I checked the order and it's still in "processing". I wrote to them, asked about my order and was assured a fast reply . . . nothing. It was this that prompted me to do some seraching on the net and I found multiple complaints. They had a similar theme, ordered, accepted payment then no service and no reply.
