For about a year I have been looking at a certain wedding dress. When it came time to get the dress and went online to get the dress and the first website was 100weddingdress.com that comes out of china or somewhere. They were advertsing that they could get me my dress for $288! So I went on the site and gave them my measurements and she emailed the confirmation. With that response she did ask me to send a pic of the dress??! Which I thought was some what weird but I looked passed it really fast. A month and a half later I got my dress. LIttle did I know this company took a picture of a dress and just tried to wing what it looks like.

 I put it on and it DID NOT FIT!! all the measurments were way off! Im not a smaller size but that shouldn't matter. When I put it on, the right bra cup was in the middle of my chest, the two speghetti straps were awful! One was too small and the other was way too big. [continued below]....
..... The flowers on the dress did not even look like flowers, the ruffles on the dress were nothing to compare anything to. On the original dress there are at least 20 lines of ruffles....on the dress they made....I got 7!!! The tulle under the skirt of the dress was torn and ripped and dirty! There was a purple ink stain on the dress and inside the dress on the top the fabic looked like it was a dust rag at one point. In frantic about this dress I took it to an alteration lady and that lady said it was the worse thing that she had even seen and because of how the dress looked and fitted there was nothing she could do for me! I emailed the company and she told me that everything that had to be fixed I had to pay for! So....for every mistake that they had made they wanted me to pay for it!! I think not!! I told her that I wanted a full refund and she said that she would not give me a refund until I sent the dress back. I told her that I wont send the dress back untill I get a refund.

It has been 3 weeks that I still have yet to receive my refund or! even a response back via email after I told her that I want a refund in full. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is suppose to be the best dress that I wear in my life and it was an epic fail with no customer service what so ever!

Hi, girls, i am just pregnant  and have some days off from work, and just see your report on the www.riofferport.com about the 100weddingdress.com. I am really so sorry to hear that, the dress is not fit you, and do not nice on you.

I have bought 5 bridesmaid dress and my wedding dress from them before for my November wedding last year . yeah, their price is so cheap, and beyond my expect. I have taken a big risk to buy from them, and send the the detailed size and confirm the material, and ask them to send me the fabric swatch before ordering the dress to confirm the color.  And last my dress comes nice and fit very well.

So my experience, we need to confirm all the information with them, and then go to order it, i think this information will be useful for you.

According to your matters, i think you need to talk to them, and trying ask for a refund.

Dispute thru credit card company. Refund will be established so long as you also comply and return the dress. Its unfortunate that a business makes such poor quality items. Its unfortunate that a local seamstress or even a dress sale couldn't have been chosen. With a tailored dress, you do not buy sight unseen or without trying on first. A Customer dress does require you to be there. There is guilt to both sides of this transaction.
Again, dispute with your creditor and follow process.
