The Better Business Bureau Had Something To Say About This: It's Illegal & Please Report This Person Jon Scherling:

Better Business Bureau About Flourishing Online Cash-Gifting Schemes:
http://www.bbb.org/us/article/bbb-warns-cash-gifting-pyramid-schemes-flourishing-online-9865

After being approached about the 2010 Blessings from someone close to me, I decided to go online and do some research about what 2010 Blessings was all about based on the information given to me.

What bothered me about this cash-gifting operation was this: the paper work.  The paperwork given to me to sign regarding the, "gift," how it worked and what guidelines to stay in ...all said to me, "You must sign and release all legal liability when you give your "gift" because this low key is a scam worded in such a way to avoid Taxation and the IRS."

"Gifts," don't come with paperwork or elude the IRS. A true Gift, is a gift...not a way to charge people membership to a community who is using a pyramid scheme to make money...ya'll should be ashamed of yourselves... get on a real grind where you don't take money from gullible people.

Anyone who only wants a CASH donation and does not have a viable, legitimate tracking system for the donations...is really just taking candy from a baby.  Even churches need to report the money given in the collections or offerings... what makes you think as a tax paying person you can circumvent the system of taxes?  Why? Because you signed a piece of paper that said you gave up all legal liabilities when giving your specific gift amount to a specific person?  No, actually it doesn't...signing that paper doesn't mean CRAP if there is no legal documentation or notary signed with witness...

This guy, Jon...is straight up a hustler...

I read most of the rebuttals on this ripoff report and I have to say, "Following The Rules," really doesn't mean anything when the intent is to get money from people in the first place.  The only reason this whole thing is still going is because there are still very gullible people in the world who think they can get something by really doing nothing. Donations do not have a certain amount... it's a "donation," you give what you can... signing all this paper work & all this nonsense is just a way for good Ol' Jon Scherling to collect your $10 in his bogus P.O. box...not a LEGITIMATE BUSINESS PEOPLE.

Nothing comes free in this life accept love.  If you want money, get it the correct way, with a moral compass pointed to true north.  Set up a fundraiser, hold an event where people aren't being convinced to give their money for some monies doubled out of no where.... oh wait, it's not no where.. it came out of YOUR $25 gift!

For all you people out there hurting for money... we are all hurting for money.  "Get-Rich-Quick" schemes are still very prevalent in the 2013 societies, people in this economy are doing whatever they can to hustle real quick and make a cheap buck.

Do something positive for yourself, like invest in your education, background, help your fellow man...share real love... not this wolves in sheep clothing...

Real money (that lasts), comes from real work....not soliciting people for $35 and telling them you can turn it into $100, then $200 or more...and more and more.

That is just the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.

The way this program was presented to me:  it was originally started by four people, one was a pastor.  I looked up Jon Scherling... HE IS NOT A PASTOR... I looked at the Blessing City Website and YouTube Videos... this dude is a freak'n joke... he isn't a pastor... he just another Pittsburgh hustler out here in the economy try'n to get people's money cuz he too lazy to get a real positive grind on.  He gotta dupe vulnerable and gullible people with his legal circumvention to avoid paying taxes mumbo jumbo blah blah blah.

This whole 2010 Blessing, is NOT a Blessing... It Is a Cash-Gifting Scam.  Straight Up.

Did you not notice on the paper anything legit about his organization?  No, because he's not legally allowed to because it does not exist!  What the hell does that tell you about a person? Hmm??? Come on people... Think about it.

He does not have an EIN # with the IRS, if he did, he would have to tell you he is a business...of some kind... either non-profit or profit... this is obviously not a non-profit...it's for PROFIT.  If it is for profit, he has to pay taxes...where is the information about his company??? It does not exist.  Your $10 just goes to a P.O. Box he set up to take your money.

This guy with his hat backwards, flash'n money all ghetto in the video below... I know this dude cannot be a pastor... No Way In H**l...

Stop giving your money away.... it's too easy for people to do these days via the internet, youtube & websites with just a little bit of seed money...this guy has been doing it fo far too long...
