I paid $450 many years ago to 21 Century who guaranteed they would sell my timeshare.  To date nothing has been done.

Are there any class action suits out there against this company.  It's a pretty big organization so they should be happy to reimburse the money.

I will never use this company for any of my property sales.

Beware Promises to Sell Your Timeshare

AUTHOR: RoseW - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, January 25, 2013

Reselling a timeshare plan can often be a long, frustrating and potentially expensive proposition. A glut of timeshares for sale has created a very soft market replete with opportunistic scam artists claiming to provide a highly motivated buyer in exchange for upfront fees, being that said, NEVER pay la large upfront fee to sell your timeshare. Unfortunately, i don't know about any class action suits against this company, but if it helps, you can find more information about it on this website:
