24-7 Ride Horrible service. Tustin California

The driver repeatedly lied to me about when he would arrive.  After he was an hour late, I told him I was getting frustrated that I was left standing on the curb for an hour and asked why he was not there when my plane landed.  He told me as far as he was concerned, I could stand on the curb all night.  I then pushed the UBER button on my phone and I had a very polite driver in a beautiful SUV arrive 6 minutes later.

I called to ask for a refund and the company told me that I scheduled the car for 11:30pm.  This is a Lie and in fact, I have a written confirmation from the 24-7 Ride, stating the pickup time was (9:15PM).  I have now involved American Express.

I wish I would have read the reviews before booking these clowns.  They have one of the lowest Yelp and Google ratings that I have ever seen for a service company.
