Just found out a few weeks ago that Scott Tassone is on a tv show named storage hunters on TruTv similar to the storage wars show, I made a point to tape the show as I was told that reality people get paid and a garnishment could be placed on the employer. For those interested the name of the company at the end of the show was a tgroup production apparently based out of Santa Monica and also a hardboiled Ent. Both these can be filed for wage garnishment if money is outstanding through judgements. Thank you.

Actually, Scott, you do not make yourself easy to find. You provide email addresses and phone numbers, but people feel you hide behind the fact that they do not know your physical location to hold you accountable. And then it appears that you do an endless excuse loop of "I'll fix such-and-such or pay on this date" and fail to follow through with varying excuses. You also usually use false addresses for the various companies.

Sometimes you offer to meet people at their houses to discuss the issue. However, your vehicles usually do not have license plates on them. So even if you meet somebody at their house to discuss the issue, they cannot simply write down your license plate number to find you. It appears that your wife was ticketed for this on 12/22/2011 and "corrected" on 5/24/2012, and then you were ticketed last month (May 30th) which is less than a week after the correction.

Additionally, you made false claims numerous times in this thread alone. For example, you said "I have nothing to do with 3 BIG GUYS MOVING". This is incorrect as you own scott@3bgm.com and http://www.3bgm.com redirects to 3 Big Dogs Moving. Furthermore, you claimed "We meet all of the State of calif Requirments". The thing is, Scott, people just simply want you to right your wrongs. Yes, people make mistakes and should be able to move on with their lives, but first actually resolve your wrongs. People do not want to hear endless broken promises and excuses, or idle legal threats.

I have always made myself easy to find!!   You can try and make me look bad here but know you will & are being staked out by posting here by my attorneys for slander and defaming and you will be caught!! I was at a friends house and they were watching a show can't remember the name something Storage
and guess who is on the show Scott Tassone. His shirt said STM on it. What boggles my mind is how can this guy get on a television show. Thru the show he kept on saying he buys the stuff in the units and sells them. I wonder if anyone on the show knows about this man and that he has committed so many crimes. I have to call my friend and ask her what the name of the show was.Okay so its called Storage Hunter's. And they said he started doing this show a couple of weeks ago. I guess someone who is as good as lying as this guy is can con anyone and now on National Television. So anyone who is still interested in suing him, at least you know another way to contact him now. I wonder how many people this man has conned?

I first posted my complaint over a year ago.  Scott actually reached out to me and said that he would resolve my issue.  His team damaged my most expensive piece of furniture.  The one piece that I told the guys to make sure nothing happened to.  It was a custom stone coffee table.  Scott originally said his insurance would cover it, but ran me through about a month of BS before he said that they were not going to cover it but he would personally take care of it.  That is when is vanished.  Never returned a phone call or email, until after I posted on this site.

When we spoke after this posting, he apologized and gave me a long story about health and family issues, but assured me that he would take care of it.  He was going to pay me back $100 a month until the $1200 was paid in full.  When the first payment was scheduled to be sent, it did not show up.  Once again the same process, no return calls, no return emails.  He vanished once again.

Now I see he has responded to someone else's post about his character and his company and I can only laugh.  Same story, "don't believe what you read, its all lies".  Well Scott, I can only believe what I experience, and my experience tells me that you have not delivered on any promise you made to me.

I have a file of all our emails back and forth which clearly states your intent to pay me back.  I actually have the paperwork sitting on my desk to file my lawsuit against you.  I don't think I would ever collect from you, but out of principal I will file it and win, and add just another list of judgments to you already enormous list.

If anyone doesn't believe me, just send me your email and I will share my entire folder of evidence with you.  Scott, if that is even your real name, if you want to stop the BS for once and live up to your words you know how to find me, just look at your emails.  I like nothing more to come back here and post how you have changed and made good on your word, but I'd be surprised if you ever did what was needed to make that happen.

Sometimes people surprise you.  Scott went on this site and posted to everyone that if anyone had any issue with him or his companies to contact him and he would take care of it.

I can't comment on any problems listed with any other person, but in my case, I made contact with Scott and within an hour received a call from him.  He was very professional and appoligetic regarding my situation.  He explained some of the things that were happening at the time and vowed to make it right. 

I provided him with the information regarding my dispute and he immediately began the process of getting it handled.  I have received updates on the progress and I am very hopefull that it will get resolved.

At this point, although final resolution has not yet occurred, I am very impressed that he was willing to reach out and make good.  We are all human and we all make errors, it is nice to see someone trying to make good on those.
