My partner and I terminated our lease early due to so many problems with the home.
We rented this home about 2 years ago and the landlord, Daniel, is a complete nut case! He acts like the home is fabulous when in fact, it is a dump. All of the appliances are OLD and break down constantly. There are major plumbing problems. The house floods when there is a hard rain. No one on the street cares about their homes so it is really dirty and ugly. This house is worth under 1M at most! Old kitchen appliances and OLD PLUMBING, OLD EVERYTHING!!! He stated in the ad: COMPLETELY REDONE...YEAH RIGHT, WHAT YEAR??? I guess he should keep smoking his stuff!
