A previous "Ripoff Report" was filed against 3B Financials LLC, DBA 3B Pay Day Loans, as report number 455800 on 27 May 2009 from Sherman Oaks, CA.  Guess what!  Yep!  You guessed right, if you say that this financial services company has failed mending its ways.

On 9 May 2011, without knowing anything about "Ripoff Reports" or doing due diligence researching 3B Pay Day Loans or its parent company, I applied for a small loan.  It was approved as loan agreement number 153-929-30530, and then similar happenings to the May 2009 report began occurring.

First, Devon [probably a ficticious name] at phone number 866-251-2832, sent and email saying that te loan was approved, but that I must call his number so that his boss could verify some of the information on the application.  Red flag!  Why would the loan be approved prior to a verification of the application information?

Second, when investigating the location of the phone number it turned out being in Virginia and not in Utah.  Ah-ha!  Another red flag!

Third, when calling Devon at 866-251-2832 and the other phone number 866-355-6817 nobody answered the phones after twenty rings each time.  I reported this problem to Devon's email address, but never received alternatives about how best to reach him for information verification.

Bottom line?  Buyers or users of this service beware.  It's a huge ripoff, and the company will go to great lengths in getting your money but never providing a loan.  What can be done, legally, to put a stop to this company's sordid activiies?  Perhaps the experts at "Ripoff Reports" have a solution.
