I am a former long time employee of 7 Summits. In fact, I came up with the name 7 Summits Exteriors that has now been changed to 7 Summits Roofing. I designed the logo, wrote all the contracts and marketing materials within the first 3 months the business was open. I even came up with the Companies tag line "Exceeding Expectations".

I was the Sales Manager, General Manager, Marketing Manager and the only experienced Salesman they had.

In 2013 I had a first years sales goal of 1million, I hired and trained several roofing salesman and exceeded this goal.

The problems started when I started noticing old outdated production practices being used to save money and to cut corners.

Example: useing existing chimney flashing or step flashing instead of replaceing it and using asphalt shingles on low slope applications. When these issues were brought up to the Production Manager and Owner Bud Schwartz, they were ignored.

The lack of quality production is the reason 7 Summits has not been paid in full for a condo complex job in 2013. Too many leaks and production issues to mention. Its also the reason 7 Summits has used to not pay me the $37,000.00 they owe me. During the Production on this large project I was told by Randy Florell (owner) to "stay away from the job site, let them fall on their face if that's what it takes, your job is to sell, not production".

I was told on several occasions by David Schwartz that I would receive my commission payment for this project but, they always came up with an excuss to not pay. Even though the collected Proffitt from this large condo job was excessive,  I did not receive a penny. I was told I would get paid when they had the money. After quitting I called every month to see if they could pay even a partial payment and to this day I have not been paid a single cent on a project that paid out over a half million dollars.

David Schwartz has an answer for all his debts, hire an attorney and go to court. Well I have five kids and I dont have his deep pockets so this is what im left with. Please feel free to contact me regarding any of this. I have all the records and I have the truth on my side.

Do not do business with David Schwartz,  Randy Florell,  Bud Schwartz or 7 Summits Exteriors / Roofing.

They are dishonest and cut corners on production practices.
