Mathiew Berlile took $1200 from me and then took over 8 months to complete my project. When I started pressing him to finish, he lied to me outright 4 times telling me my site was live when in fact it wasn't even fininshed.

He went on vacation and told me he did not have any codes with him so that I could pay someone else to finish his job. He used every possible excuse to avoid finishing my site including a divorse, church meetings, child visitations and being out of town.

He asked me for $75 dollars to finish the job after the $1200 was already paid, which I gave him under duress. Even after I gave him his extra extortion money, he still took several months to actually finish the site.

He invaded the privacy of my friend's site because he had her codes and violated her site and snooped around for info on her so naturally, I fear him in that regard.

He told me the server I was on would not work for my site and moved it to his own and charged me 3 times what I was paying for my server. When I found a real web designer, she moved it back to my original server which works absolutely fine (and would have all along). He lied again about the server so that he could charge me for that too.

He also charged me to move the site to his server and then when I found out what a comoplete liar and thief he is, I had to pay my legitimate web designer to move it back. He ripped me off big time.

After I gave him his additional $75, he still asked me to provide html code to him which is part of his job. But he's too lazy to do his job so I, a non-web designer had to figure out how and where to get the code and email it to him or else he refused to finish. (This was after 7 months of lies.)

When I found a legitimate web designer, I was told his work was substandard. Which I later discovered to be true beacuase it didn't work right.

Matthew Berlile has his office behind a locked exterior door which should have told me he was not honest. He is a theif who has no integrity at all. And lies, cheats and extorts. Beware, Matthew Berlile is a person of bad character and he ripped me off.

Excuse me sir! your company does not have a BBB rating as indicated by their website! faluse information given on purpose by the owner of the company is a huge No No, I am sure you are still ripping of many people on a daily basis.

When I started this business I had to learn many lessons. All Entrepreneurs do. The most valuable lesson I  learned is to treat people with respect and honesty even if they do not return it. ALWAYS.
 
From my first client I went above and beyond to safe guard my clients and my business by setting unprecedented communication and customer service techniques that both me and my employees must follow.

WE HAVE PROUDLY BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 12 YEARS. WE HAVE AN A RATING WITH THE BBB.

Below are a few points that enable us to achieve our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. The respect and business you deserve is achieved by:

1. All work we are hired for requires a signed agreement. This agreement states the scope of our employment in detail. Including the amount of pages, estimated time for completion, what we need from the client ( wording, pictures, video, etc ) and even similar websites the client likes.

2. All jobs are taken on either:

A. 50% deposit and 50% payable at the customers 100% complete satisfaction.
B.  1/3 deposit, 1/3 when the proof is approved. and the remaining 1/3 at the time the work is complete and AGAIN the client is 100% Satisfied or does not pay until they are.

3. We allow each and every client to enjoy UNLIMITED Proof changes. We want you to love your website and do not want to limit you with unnecessary road blocks.

4. At completion we always ask " Is there anything else we can do to make you happy?"

5.WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE REMAINING BALANCE UNLESS THE CUSTOMER IS 100% SATISFIED.  

6. All clients sign off on the website at the website completion.

7. We have never nor will ever come to a client for more money than what was agreed upon in our written and signed agreement. The only exception is if the client "adds" additional features to the original scope of work. With this said. We must let the client know in writing and it must be agreed to by the client in writing. No surprises. Ever.

Now to address this review.

I truly feel you have made a mistake. I dont think you are a client of ours. If you are. I welcome you to contact me directly so we can resolve any and all issues you may have. We only accept 100% customer satisfaction. If we let you down some how, this is the first I am hearing of this and I would like to make it right.
