800spacover.com beware the rebate they offer Internet

We ordered a hot tub cover from this website.  It's awesome!  We're very pleased.  But I want to warn about the rebate they offer on their website is a scam.  

I called 800spacovers before ordering and they told me they'd had several customers that had successfully received their money from Star rebates so we went ahead and ordered.  

I have followed every step that the rebate company has dictated since December of 2010.  I have yet to receive a penny back.  (In fact, I had to send them $15.95 in order to register so they have some of my money!) 

After realizing that Star Rebates is a scam, I have called 800spacover twice to let them know, but they still offer the rebate promo on their website.  

I highly recommend their hot tub covers - their products are wonderful and worth the money!  But I want to warn you that if you buy from them, please do so knowing you will not be getting your $300 rebate.
