AAFES Greely Hall Diner Unethical pricing and unsanitary food. Fort Huachuca, Arizona

There are two significant issues with this establishment.

1. Arbitrary and unethical pricing
For the almost five years I've worked at Greely Hall, the Greely Hall Diner has had inconsistent pricing on almost every product, and in general higher prices than anywhere else in town for comparable food. I have witnessed one person charged one price for something, and the next person pays a different price. Combos are MORE expensive than the sum total of components. Beverages, sandwiches and the like are significantly MORE expensive than they are in other AAFES-run stores on post or even at Target or the Grocery Store. They charge extra for lettuce, tomato, pickle etc on sandwiches made at the grill. Many of my coworkers have also addressed the inconsistent pricing and the high prices.

2. Unsanitary food practices
At least three distinct times, I have gotten food poisoning from eating at the Greely Hall Diner. One of the instances, several coworkers and I all got salads, but used our own dressing brought from home (because we'd all gotten sick before) Every single one of us had the same food poisoning symptoms at the same time. That's because the salad is put on ice at about 0730 to 0800 and is room temperature by lunch time.
The last time I got sick, Connie, the manager actually came out offering 'free' ice creams. About halfway through the ice cream sandwich, I realized that it had thawed and then been refrozen. I was sick less than half an hour later. That was the last time I ate anything from the Diner.
