Then you said my I.D. was to dark, which was my new I.d...then i lost my new one the same day, and resent you another copy, but it was an old which you said it was expired and not Valid, Therefore on today 12/10/2012 i sent a brand new one that was valid along with my social security and a copy of the letter that the head of the household whom i live typed and signed verifying my identity!!! My Goodness what MORE do you people want @ ACCOUNTNOW, INC.
so that i can get my money that has been in my account @ your bank since, 11/30/2012. I am disabled and i have my rent to pay!!!! I mean do your company even care that because of you soon i might not have a place to LIVE...!!!! Please somebody, anybody HELP!!!! And now because of the lack of not providing you with a copy of a bill in my name, which i dont have because i live with someone else. You are saying you are NOT giving me my money, and that i am going to have to have the merchant to file an Letter OF Adiminty....thats crazy!!!
