i ordered 2 dvds from the seller justin grellar from the adult website adultdvdmarketplace.com. when my 2 dvds didn't arrive,I asked for a refund.he responded to me with accusations saying i already had them. i emailed the website, and told them the problem.i also gave the seller a zero, and bad review.
the seller deleted the negative rating, and review.i emailed the website about it, and they lied to me.they said it was hidden.i told them other people had their negative reviews left on-why not mine?finally they put a one, and changed my review.they also were ignorant to me.
i did get my refund, but I was treated unfairly by the seller, and the website.i did business with his website for 3 years with no problems. as soon as a problem happens-this is how i'm treated.i cancelled my account with them.this seller doesn't send out his dvds.this website ' fixes ' ratings, and reviews.
i don't expect anything to be done.i'm reporting this seller, and website to every website i can because if how i was treated.thank you.

the review i made against the seller had the most important part left out. that he accused me already having the dvds. he never sent them because i would have received them if he really did. i should not have been accused of that. my review was not stated the correct way.
they also had a fake package sent and returned to make it look like it was really sent. if this were to go to court - they would lose big time. anybodybwith a brain would know it was a setup to protect the seller. if that were to go to court - an investigation into that would clearly be seen it was a fake and a setup.
i always did say i got my refund. i should not have been accused of having the dvds, and my review should not have been changed. this place has no respect for their loyal customers. by them sticking up for sellers who accuse the customers of being thieves prooves that. too bad i could not have taken the seller and this company to court because i would have won big time.
i don't care what they say. of course they lie. all companies do. too bad this was not in court because the truth would have come out in many ways, and they would have lost big time. the b.b.b has their fake package setup. they even had the nerve to lie about that.
i'll argue with these people til i'm dead if need be.

ADM response

This customer’s complaint is in relation to her feeling disrespected by the seller of the Adult DVDs that she purchased. The customer contacted her seller directly when she didn’t receive the order and apparently did not like the seller’s response. It should be noted that the seller did refund the customer’s purchase price in full. Additionally, the customer left negative feedback for the seller stating he had committed fraud. Per protocol, while ADM reviewed this case, the feedback was temporarily hidden (as was explained to the customer) until a resolution could be determined. It was ultimately determined that the seller did not commit fraud and the customer was informed that her verbal feedback would be reinstated on the site (exactly as she had written initially), but her numeric rating of a 0 (which indicates fraud) would be changed to a 1 (which indicates awful service). Her review remains on the site for all customers to see.
It’s clear that the customer’s reactions are an emotional response due to her feeling disrespected but they are not a legitimate argument to claim a seller or website has committed fraud. Please note the relevant details below.
The customer’s initial contact with the seller regarding her missing order was on July 5, 2014. The seller stated he shipped the order but requested a refund in spite of this, which was processed on July 7, 2014. On July 7, 2014, ADM informed the customer that her review was being investigated and explained the process of such. Over the course of the next 2 days the customer sent 7 threatening emails to ADM including, among other things, her mission to tarnish the name of the seller and ADM in any way possible.
