Our family has been dealing with crapp from this company. No one will return your calls. No one will give you any answers. You ask for an agent and then they supposidly send you to one, and again you get the same. WHY IS IT THAT NO ONE IN THAT COMPANY IS AUTHORIZED. SO WHO THE HELL IS!!!! WHERE IS A BOSS, A SUPERVISOR, WHO HAS AUTHORITY TO GIVE MY FAMILY SOME ANSWERS. WE DONT WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN THE PHILIPINES WHO CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND YOU HAVE TO REPEAT YOURSELF 10 TIMES TO THEM. I have never rec'd such horrible service. You pay tons of money all your life, and this is the respect that someone gets when a loved one dies..
