Thank you for taking the time for reading this posting;

• We are a security provider legally licensed to provide armed services in the State of Florida
• The "Client" is the person being reported in this report and hired our company and entered in to a contract for security security services.

• We continued to provide services to the Client until they were closed down by the State of Florida.
• There were never any complaints regarding our services up to the day that they closed down.

This is the type of complaint that really annoys us to have to report.  We are only doing this as the client and his attourney have made it difficult to secure our money. 

As of this date: the outstanding balance is 10,756.00 and an additional penalty of 13,543.00 as per the contract. 

We are a hard working security company that has been affected by this company not paying the monies owed.  Mr. Patel has become rude and abusive on the phone of many occassions. 

We have recorded conversations as well as all emails and evidence of contracts, and communications whereas the client paid us.  They say this wasn't authorized, then why was payments made from the company accounts.

Additionally, we have video evidence in our posession that shows Mr. AJ Patel picking up a package from the Lucky Diamond Cafe on the 18th of March 2013 at 16:52 hours and leaving in his mini-van.  This was confirmed that it was cash as this business had a way of making "off the books" cash and avoiding tax penalty.

We have statements in our posession from staff that indicate that this was common practice and Mr. Patel has indicated that staff was responsible for stealing more then 300,000.00 in cash in a short amount of time.

We have given a lot of thought and will be contacting the IRS as well as the FDLE with our findings and hopefully they will proceed with charges. It is quite simple we just wanted/want to get paid for work we did! 

Mr. Patel now shields himself inside his former Days Inn, in Sylvester, Georgia. We find this troubling and we hope our readers will too! Another source close to this situation has indicated that another Security Company was also stiffed for an even larger amount of money.

I guess we are hoping this bad smell will follow on the the former days Inn in sylvester that is now called the Sylvester Inn. Thank you for taking the time to read this complaint! and thank you to ripoff reports for allowing us to have an area to post.
