Associa manages JoMar property association. They are useless in every state of the USA. They do not return owners phone calls they are a glorified group who take your money raise your fees and do nothing to maintain property values or control fraud in an HOA across the nation the blogs are in on these people. Associa is owned by a Congressman, maybe that is why they get away with it. They are also in the real estate owning business when they foreclose on innocent owners that cannot be allowed to live in peace. The have the worst repiutation for lack of management never walk a property, do not put out a newsletter in each association, hide funds, no transparency there. They ignore IRS filings of HOA board members and turn a blind eye to HOA corruption and lawbreaking. The blogs on them are out there from the east to the west coast. There is no disputing their inefficiency and culpability in skimming off the top with HOA presidents.I believe that is called FRAUD! But, they have lawyers to stop all owners from suing and the Congressman who is in conflict of interest.
