ATN Group; Dr. Anh Tuan Nguyen; Anthony Thomas Nguyen; Vietnamese defrauding Vietnamese using irrevocable trust deed under the guise of being a lawyer from Harvard when no record exists with California or Harvard Law School! Garden Grove, California

Dr. A. Tuan Nguyen, Anh Tuan Nguyen,  Antony Tuan Nguyen, Thomas Nguyen, or some other name he will come up with, is the President of ATN Group or ATN International Group.  He makes people think he is a lawyer and a doctor, but he is licensed as neither.  This guy was introduced to us by Hanh Duong of Vietpressusa.com. From website at www.atngroup.org insinuates that he is a lawyer.  He is also using DR. in front of his name, doctor of what we will never know.  He is not a doctor of any kind that we can verify. Fake!

This guy took $1500.00 in a check from us and cashed it and has done nothing. He said he can prevent our foreclosure by making him the trustee in an irrevocable living trust.  It is a 9 page boiler plate that he filled in with his name as Anthony Nguyen with the address of a mailbox center at 16027 Brookhurt #G303, Fountain Valley, CA.  92708, correct address is 16027 Brookhurst Street #G303, Fountain Valley, CA. 92708.  He said he would do the recording and negotiation with the lender on our behalf.  Nothing has been done ever since he pocketed the $1,500.00.  Per SB94,

Dr. A. Tuan Nguyen has broken the law.  He IS NOT LINCENSED as a lawyer or real estate agent/broker.  His business is being promoted here http://www.vietpressusa.com/2011/09/luat-su-tien-si-nguyen-anh-tuan-tot.html in the Vietnamese community and his illegal behaviors needs to be stopped immediately.  His promoter, Mr. Hanh Duong of VietPress has been mum on the subject and has not responded to our phone call or emails, so by his actions, he is guilty, by association and by promoting a known con man in the Vietnamese Community.

Tuan Nguyen where he threatened that he will and has reported us to the Department of Defense, FBI stalker law, and San Jose Police.  He may scares others he has scammed with those threats, but we would gladly see him in court.  We are still waiting.  Anthony, Thomas (a name he recently used in the email exchanged) Anh Tuan Nguyen is a FRAUD, a scam artist.  Do you let this clown take your money the way he took our and many others. 

This is a public service we are doing for homeowners desperate for him.  Do not listen to this snake oil salesman or his promoters.  We know we will not get our money back from this guy, but we will do everything we can to expose his cheating ways.  We have given him many chances to pay back but he did not return our money.  He didnt think we will follow through with our promise to expose him.   We recently found out that he charged another victim $2000.00 plus $100/hour as if he is an attorney.

Anh Tuan Nguyen aka Dr. A. Tuan Nguyen aka  Anthony Nguyen, and Thomas Nguyen,  is a Vietnamese fraud.  He recently started using the name Thomas Nguyen needs to be arrested and a desist and refrain order from the proper authority.  He will promise you in his heavily accented broken English that he can stop your foreclosure, DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY.   I repeat, do not give him any money.  He will take your money and will not return phone calls or emails.  This has been a public announcement.

If "Dr.A.Tuan Nguyen" is going to be away for "military" duty, for an extended period of time, he should have not agreed to take on the case for $1500.  

He has not return phone calls from Ms. Anna Nguyen regarding her case and when he finally did answered Ms. Nguyen's phone call, "Dr.A.Tuan Nguyen" instructed her to call his assistant Tammi Le for any matter.

Tammi denies ever working for "Dr.A.Tuan Nguyen" in the capacity as an assistant or any other role.

Ms. Nguyen's foreclosure is less than one week away, and "Dr.A.Tuan Nguyen" is no where to be found nor returning any phone calls.  The last time he talked to Ms. Nguyen, he informed her that you, Mr. Hanh Duong, would be completing the recording and completion of the paperwork.  When I asked you about it, you has no idea. I am not blaming you Mr. Hanh Duong.

I am not harassing "Dr.A.Tuan Nguyen" and if he feels compels to sue me in Superior Court, I would gladly expose his fraudulent deeds in the court of law. 

I waited for more than 22 days (the time you said he would be away for " Pentagon" official duties) to call and respectfully asked him to return Ms. Nguyen's $1500.00 in two voicemails, but to no availed. 

I am not threatening "Dr.A.Tuan Nguyen" in any matter.

As you can see in my emails, all I am stating is WHAT I will do if he doesn't return Ms. Nguyen's $1500.00 by 5pm today. He proves to be incompetent and has violated California's Senate bill SB 94.

I am not afraid to disclose factual findings against "Dr.A.Tuan Nguyen" in a court of law. He can resolve this and save some public humiliation by simply returning the money he has not earned to Ms. Nguyen. "
