Mikhchi, Medi who is the owner of Auto Network is a liar and a cheat. He is running the scam business of Pensacola. I bouth two cars from him in one day and paid cash. The truck I bout worked ok and only had to have some minor repairs done. The second was a BMW and it was a piece of junk. The car broke down after 10 days. I called Auto Network and was told that they would be able to fix my vehicle and the repairs would be covered under his business insurance. The owner instructed me to take my car to the transmission show that they deal with and I could pick up my car in a few days. The transmission shop owner advised me that my car needed a new transmission and that it would cost $1600. The owner at Speedy transmission advised me that it would only take a few days to fix my car. I check with them everyday for two weeks to see when my car would be ready. Speedy transmission advised me that they have to wait until they receive payment from the car lot before they could start working on it.
Finally they called me after a month of being without my car. They said my car was ready and the car lot owner at Auto Network requested that the car be deliverd to the car lot to assure him that the car was fixed. I arrived at Auto Network to pick up my vehicle and the owner would not release my keys to me because he wanted me to pay $800 which was half of the bill. I advised that was not the agreement and he was a liar. The owner then got into my husbands face and pointed to him trying to provoke him. He also made derogatory comments referring to my husband as a dog. I called the police to have the owner give me my keys but he refused. I filed a police report because the owner was in my husbands face and he was threatened by that. I was also advised to file a civil suit to get my car back .
I DO NO RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM AUTO NETWORK OF PENSACOLA. THEY ARE SHADY. RUN FOR YOU LIFE. KEEP YOU MONEY TO YOURSELF.
