AW Auto Pro Inc. Access Warranty, AW Auto Pro I canceled this policy on June 11, 2012 after I purchase a new car that had a warrany. Lake Balbao, CA., California

On June 11, 2012 I cancelled this policy with a written letter as stated by the company. I was told it would be 45-60 days before I could get a refund. However on Oct. 1, 2012 when I called to see about the refund I was told that the company went out of business last week. They change their phone number and everything, I was able to get in touch by calling another company thay was cashing my check payments. They gave me the new number 1-800-871-0467 is the new number for the comapny that has taken over their clients. Royal Adminastration will handle this account. 

 Do not use this company, every other year they change names and have people money tied all up. AW Auto Pro and AccessWarrany are the two names I found that they has used. They also have a bad report with the BBB also. All I want is my refund from a policy I paid 2455.00. Yhey owe me at least 800.00 back and I want it.
