Do not i repeat DO NOT order this product, they offer a 14day trial, then charge you $88 10 days later, i canceled and returned the product and yes i did receive a refund, later to find a charge of $24.82 for a world club fitness membership.

When i called the customer service number and asked for a refund they said no, because they were protected by the "terms and conditions" all three reps I spoke to recited the same script regarding the "terms and conditions", when i asked for a copy i was sent a screen shot of the web page and no where does it clearly state that i had to cancel separately.

I asked the rep for a number of the person in charge of the company so that i could escalate the issue, she gives me someones contact information. When i call the number the man that answers informs me that he does not run the company and he is just another consumer scammed by this company.

WOW what type of people would do that, give out someones number, sounds like privacy violation to me, or is it just part of the elaborate scam. They bill you internationally and according to customer service they're based in Colorado.

After the fourth time calling the 866-407-4020 number, the rep tells me she cant find my account and gives me another number to call 866-407-3685, i was just placed on hold with some cheesy music playing.

I'm so pissed off that these people do this, it makes me sick. A truly legitimate company will back there product or service and return someones money when they are not satisfied. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
