 I hired Ace Adjusters to lessen the stress from the devasting flood I had in February.  They came in and assured me that they would take care of everything and they will handle the matter quickly.  It is the end of April and not only is this matter not close to being resolved, it has been more time consuming and stressful.  


The girls in the office need professional training, they talk to you as if they are on a corner block.  After I sent an email about my dissatisfaction in their service, I had to call them and the office manager just made the matter worse with an unnecessary attitude. I found it amusing that when I questioned her tone, she said she wanted to resolve the situation.  A person with training would have known not to talk to a customer the way she did and if Ace cared about customer satisfaction, she should have called me, not the other way around. 

I'm stuck with the worse service and have learned my lesson.  They have decided to retaliate against me by holding up my check.  I was told on April 22nd that they were trying to contact the bank personell to endorse the check. I spoke with the bank representative and she stated she was never out of the office during the week they told me they were trying to contact her and do not have any messages from Ace Public Adjusters.  The girl at Ace then said "Oh, I have the check here." Really?

I've gotten the run around for weeks. I should have known this was not a customer-focused company because the initial meeting involve my being told to stay upstairs during the "consultation" and "thorough review of my damages" with the insurance adjuster and they didn't know that the floors are so thin that I heard the entire conversation and none of it had anything to do with the loss and damages I incurred as a result of the flood. It was simply two ole pals chatting on my dime.

 In addition, they sent me a settlement form to sign without a breakdown of the items.  Their focus is indeed on the check and not on the consumer. I don't care if they are money hungry, but I do care that I did not get good service. They did not deliver what they promised and the staff is in terrible need of training and customer service. I wish I would have done further research. Their name is blasted all over the internet.  Do not hire or trust these people.
