Let me just say i've worked for Affordable Homen Care (Amber Fuentes) for a year. In that year I've have been repeatedly used & abused by this emplyer (Amber Fuentes). This is by far the worst home health agency I've ever worked for. Amber has repeatedly abused all of her employees by her acrions. First off she talks down to you & yells at you, she expects or employees to work foe free, to be slaves or droans, she does not keep adequate supplies on sight for employees to use (I.e Personal Protective Equipment) Newsflash we have bills we don't work for free. If you go to your doctor you don't expext free medical care do you? You would not ask a lawyer to represent you in a court of law for free, so DO NOT EXPECT your employees to work for free. It's simple really! if I work for you PAY ME WHAT YOU OWE ME & stop trying to get out of paying me. Secondly learn some people skills & learn how to talk to your employees without bullying them into doing what you want done, Thirdly STOP making excuses for your unethical & terrible actions, lastly but not least STOP putting unrealistic demands on your employees such as be at your every beck & call all hours of the night without ANY compensation not even so much as a "Thank you, Job well-done" nothing. STOP showing favortism to certain employees. CERTAIN employees should not be allowed to do whatever they want when they want without any consequences for their acrions what so ever. You need to learn to be loyal to your employees who go above & beyond for you.I am not asking for brownie points to do my job or a pat on the back a simple Thank you would suffice. Amber STOP being selfish We are humans not your personal slaves. We all have lives outside of working for you, We have husbands & children just like you do! You don't put your husband, kid's, or business on hold for your employees so DO NOT EXPECT us to put our lives & families on hold for you. All we want is to be paid for the work we do, fair & ethical treatment among all employees not just the employees you like, we want to be treated with dignity & respect. That is more than fair for what you ask all of us to do daily.
