Guys never trust this lady and go to Ghana or Mali for gold n risk your money or life.. West africa is full of scammers and its just a matter of when they get the oppertunity to cheat.. 

I really doubt if the lady is unaware of whats going on coz as far as what i have heard, there are more than 2 to 3 people whom she has send to west africa who lost their money.. and atleat 2 of her sellers died after the seller took funds from the buyers.

since its been nearly 2 years now i talked to them, I am trying to get in touch with the  victims so that they can get in touch over here.

him and his associates in Ghana scammed me of  Aus$30,000 .

 

The other individuals involved were Prince Mensah a surposedly chief and a driver by the second name Adams.

Justice invited me to Ghana from Australia to buy gold on arrival in Ghana his driver Adams drove me an 90 mins south of Accra to a house to meet the surposedly chief of the village where the gold is mined.

At the house i met the chief and Price Mensah the chief pretended to be engaging me in business spoke liitle english and Justice spoke on his behalf After taking a sample of the golddust they had in the house we had it tested at the geological laboratory in Accra it was gold alright . However i stupidly transfered Aus$30, 000  from Australia to the banking account of Africa ancient mining only to be given a bar of what i was told is gold  as i was about to depart on Emirates airlines to Dubai. In dubai the gold was tested a a refinery and found to be Copper  yes i was scammed alright. On contacting Justice Akoto by email he advised me that i was still owing the chief an extra sum of $30,000 for the gold bar.

 

THis is how these scammers opperate . I was foolish though to have ever done any business with Justice Akoto and his associates and advise anyone else considering buying gold in Ghana or dealing with Africa Ancient mining to stay away BUYING GOLD IN GHANA IS NOT A GOOD IDEA YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.even the registerd companies will cheat you STAY AWAY.

May i say thank you for your comment in regards with this blog against us especially   Mr. Kanwar Salwan made the mistake putting  my passport and my seller he think we would not know . I thank my good friend who informed about this.

I did not scam him he get me angry when i saw  our passport here,  with out any permission now Ancient Mining Company published their passport and also result of initial assay the purity and carats which buyer agreed on it was  real assay when they took gold from Ghana. The the father of the seller was not given a copy of any documentation when i asked my seller few days ago cause i want to see it for my file. According to my seller the buyer did not provide them any copy the  took it with him  and meaning the seller was not give a copy. Wow that was the biggest mistake..

Really its the buyer who  take advantage of the seller father due to his  vulnerable . The father less education he was promise lots of things which i was not aware.The plan to deal direct to the seller, with out me after the first deal which really dont worry me. My task is to service my seller properly but because my seller  was suck in by sweet promises this is what happened cutting corner. seller  lost  5k worth  $ 215,000 Justice Akoto who is the director of the company busy collecting production from next village he let his father to handle the deal with this buyer thinking we can trust this buyer.

I work so hard for this deal i was not even paid for my hard work, how could i scam this buyer ? I did not recieved any single penny from this buyer. Instead he cut corner, he only pay less just to pay the documentation before gold taken out of the country. ON the contract buyer should  pay for his commitment 10% downpayment. The seller father Mr. Batu Akoto the old man trusted this buyer he did given in and give 5kg as credit payment after final assay. Buyer only pay 7% to secure all documentation so the money goes to the government and shipment cost etc. The rest was credit that is why I warn all of my seller in africa never trust any buyer they need to show commitment as will before seller would consider any credit.

This is big lesson to international buyer this is my personal advise if you buy any precious minenal anywhere in the world. Gold and diamond this business very  tricky business:

 Bring metal box after initial assay put the gold into metal box ..Dont let anyone touch the gold after the local refinery assay it. Padluck it, sealed the metal box, initial on top so that there would be no tampering or swapping before you leave the country. Maybe during the travel this buyer his gold was swap because they hand carry it,. Gold was not properly documented and insured because this buyer wanted to save money.Gold need to be fully insured so that whatever happened during the trip at lease buyer and seller can claim against loses or anything. This is big lessong to all buyer who wanted to cut corner.

Lastly i thank the person who informed me that Mr. Kanwar Salwan blog us and that is illegal putting our passport but because he was angry. Attention international buyer you will be the judge of all our communication with this buyer. We are not scammer, Mr. Karwar Salwan he lied he did not transfer $ 100,000 to ancient mining company baseon my communication with the seller few days ago when i learn that he published our passport  online.



My full conlusion base on our communication with Mr. Kanwar Salwan he should provide full proved but he did not ancient mining company requested thisbuyer to return the gold to re-tested again base on this letter but this buyer he refused to comply. I have done everything from my end but this buyer did not return the gold in order to confirm whether gold was fake or not. But he did not i have tried my very best to service this buyer. But because he tried to save money he did not insured the gold he did hand carry ... The gold was given to him as credit. 



The mandate had done her task but this buyer trying to save money he has no money to pay for full 10% instead they bargain the price and deposit the old Mr. Akoto given them full trust.. I could not believe that Mr. Kanwar Salwan  published us that we scammer the respond to these allegation  we are not scammer  big NO NO NO NO its his own fault he did not insured the gold to protect him. Disappointment : My business partner and I did a business deal with African Ancient Mining (AMM) through Justic Akoto to buy gold. They even invited us to the village where gold was mined. We met with the tribe, tribe leader, etc. They were supposed to pay them $43K/kg of gold and they were supposed to ship the gold to us to North America (we had a whole contract prepared by lawyers, and signed by all parties). They even attached copies of their passports to the contract.

Respond: to this allegation so that the world would know my side: yes my passport was in the contract as the agent, and your passport was also attached. Now you did published our passort with out any permission its about time to respond to your false allegation stating you transfer the $ 100,000 to justice i  did asked Justice if its true or not. Justice respond its a lies you did not transfer that huge amount., and you did not come to the mines nor Hadi this is what Justice was telling me.

For the first couple of shipments (for smaller amounts) we physically went down to Ghana to bring the gold back. After some trust was built, we wired over $100K USD to Justice so that he would ship us the gold. The gold he shipped us turned out to be nothing but Nickel!!

Ancient mining company did  not scam you.He give you the gold as credit thinking you would pay the balance. $ 199,9950 but you failed to do so.You only pay $ 15,050 to secure all documentation before you take the gold out of the country that  amount  paying clearances , taxes before you take out any precious mineral out of the country that is normal you pay all clearances etc.

I dont know after that during your trip i was not there. You being the buyer the only person knows the gold in your hand . You hand carry because you wanted  to save money gold was not insured I dont know maybe on the way to canada the gold was swap during your trip. I was not there, and Ancient mining company did not send any representative to witness the assay. This is my second respond upon digging all our communication Mr Kanwar Salwan. I have the right to respond with your abusive allegation. You published  our passport with out any permission. I hereby acknowledge receipt of your email  today,  and respond from Justice Akoto.
I did not understand what you are saying that Ancient mining company is fake
and fraud. You have witness and  saw the gold  you guarded it in your position  your own hotel room,  while your mandate in the name of Mr. Hossienie busy verifying everything which I quoted what Mr. Justice Akoto was  saying on his respond.

I review your email  very carefully address to Mr. J. Akoto  gold originated in West Africa ( Ghana) is not in
Australia. Our Australian Police has  no jurisdiction to answer your  accusation against Mrs. Ford about fraudulent I acted
in good manner i have the file here with me which your mandate Mr. Hadi Hossienie provided me  a copy while he was in
Ghana that he is happy touch the gold see it assay and he confirm that everything is real. Pls. Refer the attachment for

This is the buyer who scam Ancient Mining Company. I have all the copy contract , and also passport of the buyer but because he publish our passport on next respond we will also publich their passport, photo , result of the initial assay for the world to know that they are responsible. Firstly they hand carry the gold not paying any insurance who knows the gold was swap during their trip.

I have responded the buyer and justice responded to  Mr.Kanwar Salwan i requested Haid Hosiene to provide me all the proof if the  gold was fake . He could not provide me even the refinery in canada i called him he said he did not properly assay the gold.

I dont believe this allegation..I did not scam this buyer.. i did not receive any single cents. Its hadi responsibility he was there on the ground himself .. So I dont have any case to answer. I have done my part i did advised Hadi properly before he arrived to ghana .. infact they were given good deal from $ 45,000 to 43,000 per kilo .They only pay $ 15,050  to secure all necessary documentation before gold would be taken out of the country.

Correction you did not wired $ 100,000 which i verify justice upon reading this your allegation is a lie. You carry the $ 15,050 with you pay cash to his late father of Justice with  Kofi and Issac to secure all documentation. The gold was real when you hand carry . Your allegation is unfounded .I  did follow- up  yes and I did respond to you by email .. and i did call justice what is the best solution justice akoto requested me to tell you to return the 5kg but you failed to do so. I even called hadi Hosiene your broker he refused to co-operate. So you did blame me and pusblished my passport you are bloody stupid doing so. I will also publish the contract which you did not follow and you did not pay any insurance of the gold.  Because you want to save money if you are real busnessman you need to insured the gold but you did not because you wanted to save money this is the result of what you have done cutting corner.
