 I will never order from this company again and I don’t recommend this company to anyone. They are RIPOFFS I placed and order on 5/8/2013 and was told it will take 7 to 10 days to ship out. FINE! This wasn’t a problem for me. However, I wanted a tracking number to follow my order. This is where the problems being! I called on 5/13/2013 to get my tracking number because I never received one nor my conf# via email as promised. I placed my original order with Ray, but when I called a women answer and told me he wasn’t there call back later.

So I did, after getting the answering machine several times I finally got her again and ask if she can have him or someone call me back with the number? She took all my info and I didn’t get any calls back. I finally had to call back again for the 3rd time and I ask if she could help me and was told that the computer was down. I asked if Ray was there and was told that he is out looking for someone to fix the computer. I thought OMG! Can’t you call someone for that now a day?

Anyway, I called again as instructed still asking to speak to Ray or anyone that can help me and was told that Ray was still out. I guess she finally got that I was getting a little heated at this point and she got me a tracking number. But the crazy part was it wasn’t MY tracking number because I asked her to give me the address that this tracking number was attached to and she gave me some bulls*it address and name. When I told this clueless women that isn’t my shipping info.

She asks me for the shipping address and I told her NO you should already have that info. I than heard her talking to Ray in the background. He finally got on the phone with and attitude telling me that she got confused me with someone else. RIIIGHT!!! He than proceed to tell me that my order didn’t go out yet. When I placed this order he told me that my order would go out right away not whenever they felt like taking a trip to the post office four day later. I asked him for a refund. Anyway longer story short, I went through my bank to handle this issue.

Company shipping

 American Imports is a ripoff. They will not send you a shipping or tracking number and they will not return your calls in a timely manner. All of Blackshear art comes with a letter of authenticity and a number they did not have either.

This person Ray, who is Raymond finally emailed me but I never got what I wanted so I sent the piece back they say it came back broke but they gave me no proof that it was broken

I sent it back in the same box that they sent it too me, they never took a picture to show me that the piece was broken and they would contact the post office to see what they needed to do to have it replaced.

I tried contact the Dallas Post Office that was a joke too. I was out of $600 and these people gave me the run around just like they did this person.

They were not professonal at all, and they had adittude problems. I kept each email that they sent me.

Shipping Policy

It is true that this customer made an order with us on May 8th 2013 for a Mothers day gift that was on May 12th. 2013. This customer was advised which she acknowledged that she must allow 7-10 working days to receive her order. Approximately 2 working days, after she made her order she started making harassing phone calls to our employees asking for a tracking number for her shipment. She was again advised about the shipping policy but she would not understand.

It is unfortunate that the customer feels dissatisfied but it is not our fault that the customer waited till the last minute to order her mother's day gift. Thank you.
