Ali Express yuqin liu Fraudulent products selled by multiple retailres, dispute ignored, retailers not responding to claims from both ali express and paypal. Nikea, Other

I bought from 2 different resellers on AliExpress same procuts , USB sticks with supposed capacity of 128 or 64GBs.

However when i received the devices  and started using them i realised that they were faulty and did not operate as supposed for instance i lost files backed up on them .

Both resellers' products were fraud and non genuine . I discovered via special sites that examined serial numbers and HW of devices and reported they were fraud.

I contacted AliExpress for dispute claim but they stalled too much to answer and also there was not positive realization of the fraud.

I also contacted Paypal to file dispute about AliExpress but Paypal responded to my emails for feedback only 1-2 days before disputes are automatically closed.

I contacted also the vendors form inside AliExpress chat tool and they said that they would refund if i sen them the devices and found to be non working. I  sent them but no answer.

Its clear case of theft and fraud.
Please advise.
