I was involved in an auto accident Novemaber 2012, the other driver was at fault and was ticketed. The other driver was also insured as was I. My insurance company is Allstae insurance. Since the accident I have had nothing but trouble dealing with my insurance company Allstate.
This company is a bunch of lazy slugs. Getting my vehicule fixed was a nightmare, because I did not want to wait for the other drivers insurance and needing a vehicule I decided to get it fixed under my policy and paid the deductable. About a month after having my car repaired I inquired about getting my deductable back, thats when to my suprise, my auto insurance sent it to subrogration, and they said the other driver was not insured. I then provided proof that the other driver indeed had insurance, and they brushed it off. Excuse me but if you are a company that could recoup its money you would think you would. Nope for the next 5 months I had to call weekly to find out what was going on, and passed from person to person. Finally after talking to one adjuster who actulally listened I recieved my deductable back. After this process I decided to retain an attorney.
The medical part has been even more of a nightmare of denying medical benifits and suffering through countless IME's. I had herniated 3 disc in my neck due to the accident and have not been able to work or even find work for that matter. As the herniated disc pushed on my spinal cord and starting to suffer from permanent damage, my docotr decided to operate, fearing that I would become paraliyzed if he did not operate. Since my operation I am healing slowly and am sent to this IME Doctor who is nothing more than a paid liar. If I onlyy send them to an IME to see if they compitant ot accept my premiums, that would be great.
Allstate should change the way it deals with its customers, make things easier not harder. I have since change insurance companies but still have to deal with the medical portion. I can't believe that they able to get away with this type of behavior, it should be illegal.

The story is what I can sit down long enough to write. If you want the whole story feel free to call me and I would love to tell you the entire story. It has been a horrible experience that would shock you, and believe when I say shock you.

You should report what was violated to your states insurance commissioner. It is unusual and NOT in the insurance company's best interest to violate terms of the WRITTEN policy. Submit your complaint along with any proof that they are in violation. I wonder if you're telling the whole story here.
