Alpha Auto Center Ripped off a 55 year old woman and her disable husband for 1684.00 and ripped the car upafter I refused to pay him any more money. Dallas, Georgia

My car was not having any problem before got off work job I just started went to sleep got uo too pick up medication for my husband car would not crank son- in law called this company he said he used honest and Chistains compnay called and sent someone out the next day to pick up the car, when the guy came to pick up the car I gave him the extra set of keys he tried to crank the car and said it sound like the security had been locked asked if I had another set of keys because they needed the original set well I received a called back that evening by the wife said it was the motor ask what which motor did I want 900.00 which would be 1400.00 with labor or the 1200.00 which would be 17.00 with labor I told her the 6 month 1400.00 because I had just started a job and I would have to pay them some money everytime I got a check she said they could not start it until I paid the 900.00 dollars because that is when she could order the motor soon August the 20th I carried her 403.00 dollars had given her 700.00 but she messed up the credit card and put in for 3.00 instead of 300.00 and it would not let her change it so September 12 I took her 800.00 more dollars ask her how long would it take them to finish my car she said she could not get the 900.00 motor any more I told her then I may have to wait until they founded one so she called me back that evening said it would cost me 167.00 more dollars so I said ok then she called back ask did we want Dean her husbabd to put on front brakes it would cost 164.00 dollars she was speaking with my husband I was in the bed had to work I told him wenh he came in and asked me no I did not have the money already had to spend the housenote to help pay for this so she said he would just charge 64.00 I said ok. Friday 09/21/12 wife called me back and asked did I have another set of keys I told her what her driver had told me and that I had gave him both sets of keys she said they had the motor in but the car still would not crank it was something with the security. So on Monday I called and Dean answer the phone the owner first time I ever spoke with him I ask was my car ready he said they was having to do something with the tumbler because the key was locked so I asked him or you sure it was the motor and he went off yes it was the motor and I said so what next I know you not charging me for that he said what ever it cost him thats what it would cost me I asked him not to do anything else to my car until I find out what I was going to do so 09/20/12 after I had spoke to Clack Howard voluteer line they advise me to pick up the car and move it to another shop finishing paying whay ever I owe got ther asked how much more do I owe them firist 715.00 dollars I ask for what I had already gave tem 1200.00 and the car was still not running told me it would cost me more for someone else to fix it I asked what was my cost I paid them 481.00 dollars moved my car spent 350.00 more dollars for some one to tell me how they had busted my car up still can not drive my car had to cancel my husband doctors appointment which he is a Stroke victim behind in house note again and can not afford his Insulin I just want to know if there is any body honest out there who can here the cry of the poor who trying so hard too make it.
