I had offered Amanda Kristi Ulloa a room for rent in my home with NO deposit. She informed me she was having trouble at home because her parents did not like her boyfriend. Being kind hearted I decided to waive the deposit and rent the room to her and her boyfriend.

No more that a couple of months had passed and I started having problems collecting the rent.

In March I had found out she was on probation for several D.U.I charges, Assault Charges on a Peace Officer, and other probation violations. She was illegally using my home phone lines to plug in her Ankle Monitoring Device for her probation to track her activities. This was never discussed nor was it in the rental agreement that she could use my phone lines or use such a device in my home.

Other tenants have complained of drug usage by her boyfriend and vandalism on other tenants cars have been done immediately after the complaints. The damage was done inside the garage in the home which is only accessible through the house for the tenants.

I will be posting another report to single out her boyfriend to warn others of his name and activities also.

I even offered to refund monies to them to leave but they refused.

DO NOT rent or have them anywhere around you or you will find out the hard way that these individuals are NO GOOD.
