I bought a Christmas present for my 11yr old daughter at Costco. It was the Live Butterfly Pavilion kit they had on display at the Arvada store. My daughter and I mailed off the certificate with all the required information the company needed to send us our caterpillars and to contact me by phone or email. The company stated in their instructions that it will take up to 3 weeks for them to grow the caterpillars and ship them to their customers. After 4 weeks I left numerous voice mails and emails with no reply. After 8 weeks of trying to contact someone at this company and waiting for some kind of response with no success, I have returned their product to Costco for a full refund. What upsets me the most, and why I have gone out of my way to write this, is my daughter crying because she was so excited about this present and loves butterflies. This was also going to be one of her science projects for school this year.

Not a goodtime for butterflys anyway.
Can't release them, and since they only live for a few weeks, how would
you daughter have felt when they died in the 'cage' in a month?
