This rebuttal is in reference to the above complaint and comment.  Please note the following:

The subject company is a closely held, private company that exists for the sole purpose of manufacturing and distributing a single product:  firearm cleaning oil.  The company has no outside investors, and none of the parties referenced in the complaint or comment has ever solicited an investment in the company from any outside party. 

The vicious attacks against me and my family in the complaint and comment only could have been made by someone without a direct relationship with any of the parties.  If such relationship were to exist, the authors would know the truth about these matters and would not have made their allegations, much less in an anonymous public forum. 

Contrary to the commenter's implications, the rules of professional conduct permit numerous activities by out of state attorneys.  I personally sought and obtained the advice of bar counsel on several occasions concerning various matters of practice, both prior to applying to the bar and after my admission, and I am not aware of anyone ever making a professional ethics complaint against me to any bar or other legal authority.

I came to this state to attend to my father’s ailing health, which culminated in multiple traumatic surgeries, months in the hospital, and permanent convalescence.  It is repugnant to me that the authors of the complaint and comment have used this opportunity to attack my father and stigmatize my family during his infirmity.  

The authors also should be aware that I have corresponded with the owner of this website and its legal counsel on multiple occasions.  As a result, I am familiar with the procedure to reveal an author’s identity, which is available to me in litigation that I may pursue based upon the actionable defamation contained in the complaint and comment. 

If anyone has a grievance with me or wishes to impugn my integrity in a formal setting, I can be reached via the state bar at the contact information provided in the comment.  The authors of the complaint and comment have declined to do so.

If anyone else has been scammed by Floyd Leland (Lee) Ogle and/or Patrick Ogle please contact the Nevada Bar and file a complaint against Patrick E. Ogle, Bar #13208. My investment in the deals that the Reno boys have scammed us on must not continue. I've put most of the pieces together now and it looks like the new public company deal will be iMetablic (Patrick Ogle is the President and Director), he shows up on the Nevada Secretary of State website, and I'm sure it will be acquired by a public company (possibly Tri Star Wellness, ticker symbol TWSI) or some other shell. Looks like Lee is promoting TWSI and I see why now. Very interesting coincidence to say the least. American Gun Oil should be next. 

ANYONE INVOLVED WITH FLOYD LELAND (LEE) OGLE AND PATRICK E. OGLE SHOULD BE WARNED ABOUT THE WAY THESE PEOPLE OPERATE! THE INVESTORS OF NEW ERA MINING CORP., NOBLE CONSOLIATED INDUSTRIES AND UNITED RESOURCE HOLDINGS GROUP INC SHOULD BE CONTACTED FIRST!

Patrick E. Ogle was a shareholder in entities that were acquired by United Resource Holdings Group (ticker symbol URHG and traded on the OTC Market as well), go to Investors Hub and search URHG as well as Noble ConsolidatedIndustries , NBLC. Terie Ogle, Catherine Ogle Egenes, Andrew Egenes, Robert Poirier, Mark Kersey and the usual nominees should show up as soon as they start going.

The gents at United Resource Holdings Group (Mark Kersey) and Noble Technologies Corp (Robert Kilroy) are being very tight lipped and James Frank (Frank) Noland will not return my repeated calls or e-mails. I hear he and Lee Ogle have parted company sometime last year and Lee and Patrick have a new office together for more public company fiascos. It's also been stated that Patrick had to pass the Nevada Bar late last year before he was caught practicing law in Nevada without a license (not as smart as advertised). It's very clear that all the companies and clients he represented for several years before he passed the bar were done so illegally and without the proper licensing. Possible insider trading as well?
