I thought I was buying a quality piece of furniture! With tax the total was over $1400. The first couch or sectional that came to us was cracked where the connectors were placed. So they sent another...It had the same problem..I was told this is how all the couches would come from the manufactering company and that they would give me $180 for time and trouble and to keep this sectional. A week later a button came off the chase pillow. It took 2 days for that repair. Then the center of the couch broke..They attemptted to repair did a horrible job and put the connectors on the wrong side of the couch cracking that side! They sent a guy out to change them.  Now a pillow is coming apart at the seems!! I called them they said because they gave me $200 they would no longer help me!  Then why repair it at all, if thats the case?  All I wanted was either an exchange for a better made piece or a refund. All I got was the run around.  Called corporate twice..no response! Not that's a RIP OFF

Okay! So everything has been taken care of to date!  I was allowed to reselect and the furniture was delivered yesterday.  It's beautiful and I am very happy with the outcome so far.  I'd like to thank Melinda and Marcus for not only taking care of the business at hand but, also for being so pleasant during this difficult experience.  I'm hoping my new selection will stand the test of time.  Thanks again American Signature staff!!

Okay so I finally spoke to a manager that could help, she was very nice and accommodating.  I've been given a few choices.  A full refund is what I would like, again, for the sake of not going through this again but we'll see about the quaility of the next choice.  I will keep updating as this process continues.  I cannot say I will be completely satisfied until I know for sure the choices I've been given don't come with any "catch". Still wonder who will be transporting this couch back to St. Pete which is about a 45-60 min drive. Hope that won't be another expense that I will have to incur due to this fiasco.
