Ana's Parrots, Ana Temple sold us bird with PDD and heart diseases (he died), and she changed the bird we paid for, she is not taking responsibility. How can we contact you? Can you please help us?

BBB closed the case and the complaint is in BBB site, and the complaint we filed with Attorney General in PA & TX we have no update yet and next we will write a letter requesting help to Authorities: Senators, Governor in PA and TX. Can please help us? Can we contact you?

I was quite surprised when I stumbled upon this review. Your experience is most inopportune. I have purchased several (seven) green cheek conures from Ana over the course of three to four years. All of my birds are super friendly, cuddly and healthy. They were all vetted (within the health warranty period) by a board certified avian vet and the results were disease free and healthy conditions (feathers in excellent condition) and weight. When my birds where purchased over the years there was no transition period, because they were so friendly and well socialized.

They ate all kinds of vegetables and fruits as well as pellets. I will defintely buy more birds from her if I wanted too (I have enough birds now, seven is enough) because I have always had an excellent experience with her on a business level and her flexibility to allow me to make payments toward a purchase of a baby.  She even let me pick up my birds when it was convenient for me (twice after 8pm) without batting an eyelash. When I had any questions as a recent parrot owner she was always delightful and well educated in answering my questions and concerns. I truly think she is a wonderful and knowledgeable breeder in my opinion.

I have a little inside information on what happened to cause this post about Ana. Well, a different opinion anyway. A woman wanted Ana to refund her money a few days before by Cashier’s Check when Ana had called the woman to pick up her birds. The woman originally paid by Credit Card. The woman threatened Ana’s partner and Ana with lawyers if she didn’t get her refund via Cashier’s Check only and not by Credit Card like she originally paid. Ana is not a pushover if you’ve spoken to her on the phone. I am one of her past customers and know a lot of bird people. She can smell a scam from a mile away and wanted to know if I ever heard of a Toby Martin that claims she brokers birds.

Sure enough, the woman who wanted the Cashier’s Check also had done a charge-back. When they went to issue her money back, for some reason, the scammer’s bank kicked the refund back and said it was under investigation and called in as a fraudulent charge. Now it made sense why the person she was talking to said she was Toby Martin and the Credit Card was under the name Suzy Stranz Keenan with a phone number of 850-896-4313. The phone number the bank provided let them know who they were really talking to. What the person attempted, which came to a head on the same date of this post February 2nd ; less than an hour after the scammers plan was exposed, was the buyer wanted to be refunded twice. They were attempting to extort a Cashier’s Check for $3000 and also do a charge-back for a fraudulent charge for $3000. This is why Ana’s name is being dragged through the mud. It’s because she refused to be scammed out of $3000 and now the scammer has to wait 30 days to get their money back from the bank.

Just to let everyone know. My Blue and Gold Macaw is happy and healthy. Thank you Ana! Someone posted a link to this report on the bird board and we all know how honest you are.

If you read the boards Ana, the person named in this report, was led by a Sue Johnson to a person named "Joe" that had a bunch of African Grey breeders. This person Joe was actually the notorious Michael Tran that has been taking money from people for over a year and is all over the internet as not delivering birds. It was Ana that made the connection between Sue being a shill for Tran and taking tens of thousands of dollars in deposits from people all over the country. Ana herself was ripped off by Tran for 7k and is instrumental in exposing her on various web sites to the point of a class action lawsuit that is being formed will be naming Sue as a co-conspirator. Since this, the duo have been logging in under various names trashing Ana's reputation. All you need to do is go and do a search for Michael Tran and everything will be there for you to read to dismiss these allegations.
