Ordered on 11 November 2012, they took payment (over $100) on 13 November 2012 and sent email saying that my order was confirmed. All links on the email were invalid and emails sent to their linked email address are undeliverable.

I bought these DVDs for my daughter for xmas and she will now be devastated.

Not Happy!!!!
