Antonio Pagan is a lawyer out of Miami but has offices national.I paid Antonio Pagan $4000 for a simple divorce and a bankruptcy which he did absolutely nothing for me.He talked a good game and I was very desperate,after he took my money it was impossible to get in touch with him,he has no secretary for his office and uses an automated answering service.I finally had to pay another lawyer to get my divorce and lost my house to foreclosure.I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.

I so agree with the writer. My brother has paid him. actually paid him in august 2012 and never called or returned calls. I did research on www.miamidade-clerk.com and found that he did not file the paperwork like he said he did. I spoke with the clerk my self on the phone in dade county acted like i was my brother and they said there was no paper work filed or what was filed was not properly done and they were aware it was not done correctly. so i informed my brother and when he finally got to talk to someone they were shocked that they didn't do it right. now he goes to court again in january and no one has called or returned calls and he cannot get ahold of anyone with Jose Antonio Pagan's firm in Miami. Be aware people he is definitely a scammer and will take your money and do nothing. If the office would of turned in the paperwork in August 2011 like they were planning, my brother would of won his case and not here its the end of dec an has a hearing in Jan 2012 he will probably loose. this is with Family court. I told my brother to make sure that he received documentation of everything this firm did for him and when he asked they said they dont provide copies. What a shame.
