I was having problems with my laptop and dropped it off JUST for a check up, knowing that the check was free. I got a call the next day from a man at the business letting me know that the hard drive needed to be cleared, and that the fee would be $80. I said that I did not have the money at the time, and I would pass on the service. He then offered the service for $70, which I also declined saying I would pick up my laptop, and to NOT clear anything or do anything to my laptop. He agreed, and we finished the call. I went in the next day to pick up my laptop, but forgetting my slip, so I was not able to retrieve my property. I talked to the man in charge of the service, who described the problem to me, and told me that he still has not done anything to my computer. I requested that he STILL does not do anything, and he agreed, again. I finally went back in the day after the hurricane, due to the store being closed, and wanted to retrieve my laptop. The man had told me that I called asking for him to clear my computer, when I never did so. He argued with me telling me that I am trying to get it for free and that I told him to do his work, even though I never did so. After awhile he threatened to clear my system so I can no longer use my computer, I did not have the money to pay for the service that I requested he did not do, and I was not going to have my laptop cleared of all my important information. He still has my laptop and still threatens to clear the system. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS, ALL THEY WILL DO IS CHANGE YOUR WORDS AND SCAM YOU!
