Tenant left property with no notice over 2 months behind rent and left place a mess garbage all over place broken window lawn torn up, counter was hacked up beyond repair must be replaced, standing water left in bath tub.
Upon many times attempting to contact tenant, either or through email or call place of business doesn't want to settle. Warning this is a very bad tenant! Be careful if you wish to rent to her protect your property

Tenant left property with no notice over 2 months behind rent and left place a mess garbage all over place broken window lawn torn up, counter was hacked up beyond repair must be replaced, standing water left in bath tub. Upon many times attempting to contact tenant, through email or call place of business doesn't want to settle. Warning this is a very bad tenant! Be careful if you wish to rent to her. Protect your property! Also noted this person is working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina. Her new address is not lnown at this time
