Scott previously owned Sovereign Integrated Finance a company which treated all their staff apallingly and still owes over $100,000 in wages.
Scott showed no remorse for failing to pay a widow of one of the sales people who passed away suddenly and needed money for his funeral.
He also branded his head manager a "witch" after she built his business from scratch to multi millions of dollars after she accepted a better offer from another company after he failed to giver her a meager pay rise she had been asking for for 5 years.
Worst of all he allowed all of his staff to go away for the christmas break and when they returned for their first day back he ordered the door to be locked and didnt allow anyone to come in.
As a previous employee I would not recommend anyone to work with Scott Swaalf, Aspire property group no matter how much charm he turns on. Avoid this company at all costs!!
