Atlas Financial Services , Atlas Equipment Leasing Unlawful Retention of Advance Deposit - Absence of Financing Agreement - Failure to Act Ethically Long Beach, California

This "equipment financing service" demanded advance fees (in the form of first and last months financing payments, loan doc fees, etc) in order to increase the likelihood that we would obtain financing through them. They immediately deposited our funds in their general operating account and thereafter failed to provide us with either a financing agreement or the bargained-for equipment financing, YET STILL RETAINED OUR MONEY AND FAILED AND REFUSED TO REFUND SAME despite repeated demands for same.

Company acknowledges receipt and deposit of our money, and also acknowledges that a financing agreement was never entered into and that financing was never funded, yet steadfastly appears to believe that it may retain our money nevertheless.
